1. Create a Training Program Checklist

Organisation is vital for the success of any new employee training program. As you create a training checklist, you want to get feedback about what should be included in the training from your management team and your best employees. In addition to the skills training itself, your checklist should be detailed and cover everything including:

  • Giving a company tour
  • Going over the employee handbook
