There might be a number of bakeries around your area but there will always be one that will have a special place in your heart. So what is it that makes a bakery really special? Is it the fancy designs of cakes & pastries they offer or the delightful flavours they tempt you with? Well, Nitash Lalkaka, the owner of the Bangalore based online bakery store ‘Patisserie Nitash’ believes what matters most is the good customer service and the quality of the product that you offer. After returning from abroad, Nitash actually began running his business from home. With the help of the skills and experience hehad acquired during his time abroad, he was gradually able to make his business known for what it stood for- Quality. It took him about seven years to reach where he is now, but he says it was all a growing experience for him. At the moment he has a total of six people working with him, out of which two of them are the drivers who deliver the products to the customer. When asked what makes his business special, Nitash said, “Our concentration on quality is very-very crucial to us. We would never use a cheaper ingredient even if our profit margins shrink. We will go that extra mile just to make sure that the customer gets a good quality product.” Well, we salute your hard work and dedication Nitash and hope that you will be able to spread the joy to many more places. Patisserie Nitash is just one of the 500+ small businesses that took part in the Intuit Small Biz Local Buzz contest. To know more, click here.
