What made you start your venture?

What has been the key to your business’s success?
Our business’s success lies in the fact that our customer experience is on par with what we have experienced personally in the developed countries whilst ensuring that one doesn’t have walk/drive back home after a foot care session!
What are the major challenges in your line of business and how did/do you overcome them?
We feel that there are no insurmountable challenges when you are focused on a goal.
Do you have a mentor who guides/advices you on matters of the business?
Our customers-their responses to what we do and how we do it, is what guides us. Everything else progresses from that starting point.
Have you benefited from the use of any specific technology for your regular operations?
In year one, we have not used technology by and large except for advertising solely on Facebook. We will be adding some of the best available technologies in the market to make our customer engagement seamless, from an operational standpoint… we are still figuring things out and we like that!
What strategy do you follow for Customer Satisfaction & Expansion?
Strategy for Customer Satisfaction is promise ten deliver twelve.We follow a Gauging model – NPS, the Net Promoter concept.Expansion thus far has been focused on- Facebook Marketing, Word of Mouth and our Sunshine Nano.
What, according to you, are the top 3 skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
The three Ps – People, Passion & Perseverance. We believe that an entrepreneur has to have his/her mind wrapped around these three to be successful. An awesome people manager with passion & perseverance (& brilliant at selling) = an entrepreneur worth his/her salt.
