Advise please we have been trying for over 4 wk to get bank feeds connected. Have support call in but no luck. It is with engineers. Is there an Aus number we can ring?

Did you encounter a specific error on your bank connection, dkjones?

 

Let's try to manually update the connection. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking on the left pane.
  2. Select Update on the Banking page.
  3. Enter your MFA credentials if prompted.
  4. Select Continue update.

No there is no error message other than it is pending. We have had a support call in with QB for a number of weeks but we are not getting anywhere. No one is keeping us updated. Commonwealth  bank signed off the required forms on 2 Sept. We should have access by now. I would like to talk with someone higher up as this should not be happening.

Having a bank connectivity issue for a long period is tough to deal with, dkjones.

 

I'll share your feedback with our phone support team regarding the missed updates on the issue. We'll be able to take action on improving our customer service.


In this case, it would be best to contact our Customer Support again (with your case or reference number). They'll check further on what they can do and process your request.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter can't connect to bank feeds, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose Get a callback or Start a chat to connect with us.

In the meantime, you can manually upload the bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.
