Thanks I have spent over an hour via the Chat with QBO Customer Support, but we were unable to resolve this issue which impacts all 7 entities I run on QBO using Macquarie Bank accounts. With BAS due this week (Easter break has required the completion to be brought forward) my accountants are not happy at all being faced with the potential of having to do three months of manual reconciliation for seven entities.
Let's make sure to bring your transactions, so you can reconcile reconcile your bank account.
You can log in to your bank account outside QuickBooks, and download the transactions within the affected period. Then, you'll want to upload them to the Banking page. You can find the steps in this article: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.
On the other hand, please know that you can still reconcile your bank account as long as you enter the transactions in QuickBooks.
Did the agent mention about investigating this? If not, please contact the Chat team again. If yes, please wait for the feedback from our Online Banking team.
If there's anything that we can help you here, feel free to go back to this thread.

I spoke to the Online Banking Support at Macquarie Bank today. The short answer is that QBO will need to update their bot that scraps the HTML pages from Macquarie (your accounts). Macquarie Bank will occasionally make changes and updates pages which breaks the QBO bot. QBO engineers need to analysis the HTML changes and update their bot. Apparently, from 1 July 2021, banks must provide a common/standardisation data format, which will allow Intuit to provide a permanent solution. Until then, we have to put up with the occasion disconnect and wait for QBO to fix it.
After 2 months, it looks like the Macquarie Bank feeds are again down for Quickbooks Online. At least the QBO application already acknowledges the issue, let's hope that it is a quicker fix than last time.
Okay, I have worked out that if you set to the Macquarie Bank Security settings to anything higher than Standard, QBO can't connect (trying to connect a Bank Feed in QBNO will not trigger the Macquarie Bank Authenication app for a new third party app or browser)
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you link your Macquarie bank account.
You can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue. Please start by logging in to your bank's website and check for any notification that requires your attention.
If there are no unusual behavior, run a manual update in QuickBooks. This way, we can check if there's an error message that will show up.
In case you see an error after updating, please visit this article for the detailed instructions: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If all else fails, I'd advise you to contact us again to check your account and help you further with the bank problem. If you have a case number, that will help streamline the process.
