I have tried all of those options and it still is not working. someone is esculating the issue. Is there anything else I can try my end to fix the issue?

Once your bank transactions are downloaded, all you have to do is categorise or match them with the existing entries in QuickBooks. Hello my QBO bank feeds still are not working. It has now been 11 days. I have contacted support which said they had to escalate the issue. I still haven't heard anything. I need this fixed, as I can't reconcile without it working. Can someone please direct me on what I try next or who to contact.

I know this is old but........I had the same problem just recently and it still does not work using Edge. I swapped to Chrome to do the download and it is working there.....Is a browser issue for me....
