ANZ bank feed not working

Hi,

I'm trying to connect ANZ with QBonline. From the ANZ internet banking it looks like the connection is active but when I try from my QBonline account to connect with ANZ bank feeds it doesn't let me do it.

The message appearing is: something unexpected happened before we could complete your form.

Can anyone help please?

ANZ bank feed not working

It's good to see you here in the Community, carolinacarnio. Let's get your ANZ bank account connected.

We can perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. To start with, we can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

If you're still getting the same result, let's access your account on a private window. We can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Sign in and connect the bank from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

However, if you're still getting the same result, let's log in to the bank's website. Once signed in, copy the bank URL and use it for connecting the account in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking, then Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Add Account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.

ANZ bank feed not working

Hi Rose-A,

thank you for your time.

I did try your suggestions but it still doesn't work.

Please have a look at the attachment to see the error I get.

Trust me, I've spent my last 4 days trying to solve this problem.

I've been suggested by the support to move from QBself-employed to QBonline because of this issue with the connectivity with ANZ and nothing has changed.

I've opened a request for a refund.

I was a very happy customer since I had to open a new bank account with ANZ
