Hello there, Kristie. By design, QuickBooks Online (QBO) should automatically refresh and download Westpac transactions every 24 hours. Syncing interruptions often happen due to server maintenance on the bank's end.
To isolate the issue, visit your bank's website for any service alerts or updates. If you don't find any updates, you can manually update the bank to bring the transactions into QuickBooks. Go to All apps > Accounting > Bank transactions > Update. This pulls in your most recent data and clears out temporary connection glitches.
If the refresh doesn’t work, log in using an incognito/private window or a different supported browser to rule out cache issues. As a workaround, manually upload your transactions using a CSV file into QuickBooks Online.
Once the automatic feed resumes, those same 4 days of transactions will likely appear again in your For Review tab. To avoid double-counting, exclude those duplicates from the feed since you have already uploaded them manually.
