Then, log in to QuickBooks Online through qbo.intuit.com and follow the steps below to edit sign in information in QBO:
Then, check if the bank connection is updated and new bank feeds have downloaded. If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to escalate the behavior encountered to our banking team and can ask for your details in a secure form.
