Bank feeds continuous problems

I am having continuous problems with bank feeds in qbo.  They don't support Beyond Bank since a while, which is a pain for us. Bankwest has always been unreliable, ANZ is now not working. Atm nearly all my clients seem to have some problem or other with bank feeds not updating . I am going to have to change to other software if this goes on. Anyone else struggling with this?

I understand you and your clients are having fundamental issues with downloading bank feeds in your QuickBooks Online account. For us to better assist you and your clients file, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can check your account connection in a secure form.


Furthermore, Beyond Bank is one the bank accounts that have sunset and are no longer supporting standard feeds connection. Due to circumstances outside our control, these financial institutions will no longer be available to be connected through QuickBooks.


As such, bank feed transactions from these financial institutions will not be imported into QuickBooks automatically. 

As for the ANZ bank accounts, we recommend most our customers to upgrade their bank connection to direct feeds. To get more secure and reliable connection. You can utilize this article for the complete details: Upgrade to an ANZ direct bank connection in QuickBooks Online.
