Is anyone else having problems with bank feeds not automatically updating?
Using QBO, linked to two Westpac Accounts.
Has been working previously Ok with no changes my side.. After pressing Update, I get no error messages and the green tick that says "updated moments ago" but no transactions newer than 1 week and balances are a week old.. Tried 2 different browsers, deleting all cache entries. This has happened before and seems to fix itself, but to me the automatic update bank feed seems very unreliable. I want to focus on my business, not on quickbooks and won't take much longer before I tell my bookkeeper to port me across to Xero to try that..

Since you get the same result after pressing the Update button, I suggest signing in to your bank’s website to check if there's ongoing maintenance. Not being able to sync bank entries to QuickBooks usually happens when there's an issue on the bank's end.
Go to the Banking menu.
Choose Link account. Please note that you won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL.
Search for your bank and select it.
Copy the URL listed for your bank.
Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.
If you can sign in, it's a good sign that there isn't a major issue. Then, check the following:
Review your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
Check your bank’s website for any notifications about new security requirements.
If the problem persists, you'll have to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate the cause of the issue.

I.e. when I select the account tile and select the edit pencil, it states "edit account info", relating to the QB account type information etc, not edit sign-in info or credentials. I could not see anywhere to "edit sign in info". Can you please check to see if the tips are still relevant to the latest QB Online?
Go to theBankingmenu orTransactionsmenu.
Go to the Bankingtab.
Select the tile for the bank account. Then select theEdit✎ icon.
SelectEdit sign-in info.
Alternatively, point me to where the Edit Sign in info is, but I suspect if sign-in info was wrong, QB should throw an exception or give an error saying so..
