On the other hand, if you’re referring to combining multiple payments into a single line item when creating bank deposits, this option is also unavailable in QBO. You’ll need to select each payment individually when recording the deposit, which will be added as separate line items. It ensures easier tracking and provides a clear breakdown of the deposit details.
