Can I move money from the Undeposited Funds account to the owners drawing account using the 'Transfer' function? Will this muck anything up?

Yes, you can use the Transfer feature to move the money from the Undeposited Funds to the Owners drawing account. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the +New icon.
  2. Under the Other column, click on Transfer Funds.
  3. Select Undeposited Funds  in the from field
  4. Select Owners drawing in the to field.
  5. Enter the transfer amount.
  6. Click on Save and Close button.
