I have tried resetting cache and memory in browser. It is not syncing in either browser or in app.

If the issue persists, I suggest to manual importing your bank transactions via Excel CSV file to QuickBooks:
It's best to get in touch with your financial institution to help you in the synching process if there are changes on their end. They can provide additional set of steps that you can perform to get rid of the issue.
If you disconnect a bank account, it will remain active within QuickBooks, but QuickBooks will no longer be able to access your transactions from the bank.
You can reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks, but you will need to obtain permission from your bank again. This involves completing a new Client Authority Form and sending it to us..
Once the syncing issue has been resolved, please note that the imported transactions will be duplicates of the transactions that were downloaded automatically from your bank. In that case, we need to delete those manually imported transactions. To remove all the transactions, please go back to the Import transactions page and click the trash icon.
