It is possible that your 2FA session timed out, so you may want to try reconnecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Please also check your bank's website for any maintenance or system updates that might occur during the connection process.
Additionally, try logging into QBO through a private browser, as this prevents cached data or pop-up blockers from interfering with the 2FA handshake.
