Can't retrieve bank transactions from bank

My bank has 2FA. When QBO connects to my bank feed, it asks me to confirm that I've provided approval through my bank's mobile app. I have, and click proceed in QBO, but continue to receive an error: === Let's try again Commonwealth Bank, Australia (NetBank) https://www.commbank.com.au/ === Help appreciated.

Hi @steve267,

 

It is possible that your 2FA session timed out, so you may want to try reconnecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Please also check your bank's website for any maintenance or system updates that might occur during the connection process.

 

Additionally, try logging into QBO through a private browser, as this prevents cached data or pop-up blockers from interfering with the 2FA handshake.
