I'm wondering if two people have separate personal login details for the same set of bank accounts (e.g. person A & B) and person A's details were used to link the accounts to QBO currently... what happens if I try update the linked account's sign-in details to use person B's login instead?
I'm tempted to try myself but the accounts are closing down in less than a month so I would prefer to know ahead of time before I risk it and create a headache for myself.

Thanks, almost all that seems easy enough. The only part I didn't understand was this:
"Once you're ready to update your bank info, you'll need to make sure you also update your bank's website with the linked account's sign-in details of person B. "
If it helps, the accounts are with BankWest.
You're welcome, @Ben147. It's our pleasure to help.
I can provide you with detailed information to help you seamlessly update your bank account credentials.
I think GebelAlainaM is advising you to update your bank account credentials in QuickBooks to ensure you get the latest transactions if there are any. In addition to what was mentioned, updating your bank credentials won't affect your transactions in QuickBooks unless there are banking errors.
Check out this article for more information on how to resolve any errors you'll encounter when trying to update your bank credentials: Troubleshoot unknown bank and transaction errors. It'll guide you in resolving duplicate and missing transactions.
Once resolved, you can now match, add, view, or exclude multiple matches from the For Review tab: Find and categorise transactions in QuickBooks.

Thanks.
It seems to have worked seamlessly except for the part where it was stuck on the 'connecting' page. I left it going in the background for about half an hour but eventually closed and restarted the QBO tab and it seems to have connected/updated transactions at some point.
