Editing dates on manually input transactions

My credit union no longer supports datafeeds & when I download CSV files from my bank, there are some transactions which do not come across so I manually upload these.  However, the date comes in US format.  Does anyone know how I can edit these dates?  Thank you.

Editing dates on manually input transactions

Hello, Rob11111.

I've got a step for modifying the transaction dates in QuickBooks Online. You can download the data from your bank, import it to an Excel file, and manually change the date format.

To download the file in your Bank Financial, Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Please save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Open QuickBooks in an Excel formatted spreadsheet where you can edit your information. You can follow this article for its format: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

For additional assistance, don't hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist you. Take care, and enjoy the rest of the day!
