Banking error 102 or 105 means QuickBooks Online is unable to connect to your bank’s website. These errors usually fix themselves within 24 hours.
To resolve errors 102 and 105:
- Select Banking.
- On the Banking page, select Update.
- If you still can’t connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.
If you still see this error after 72 hours, please contact. QuickBooks Online Support.
