Hey all, I can’t find where to snap receipts on this new version of the app on my phone. Can anyone help. The AI bot was not useful. Cheers

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, Plumb. I can guide you in navigating the Snap receipt feature in the new version of your QuickBooks Mobile app.

 

With the updated version of the app, the location for snapping receipts has been moved or updated.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Mobile app.
  2. Click the + Icon.
  3. Select Snap Receipt from the menu.
  4. Follow the prompts to take a photo of your receipt and upload it.

 

Additionally, you can use the Snap receipt feature by clicking the Menu button on the bottom part of your QuickBooks mobile app dashboard.
