Try opening your QBO account on any private/incoognito browser. Did you enccouner the same problem?

 Before we jump into contacting support, could you first let me know the exact name of your bank connected to QuickBooks Online? Also, have you recently logged into your bank's website to check for any alerts or pending security confirmations? This helps us quickly identify where the connection block is happening.

If you confirm the bank's site is clear, and the transactions still won't update after manually clicking Update on the Bank transactions screen. You can contact our Live Support Team for further investigation.

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Click the Help (?) menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact a human, then click Live Chat or Call me back.
  5. Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.
  6. Choose between Callback or Chat.
