Hello there, lairg_station. Cleared transactions are sent by your bank nightly, Monday through Friday. QuickBooks Online then downloads them on the following business day, typically around 10:00 PM. Transactions made over weekends or bank holidays will become available on the next business day.
During public holidays, such as Easter, processing times may be longer. I recommend checking your bank’s portal to confirm whether your transactions have been fully posted. If a transaction is still marked as pending, it will not sync until your financial institution clears it.
By the way, if you prefer not to wait for the automatic sync, you can manually update or refresh your bank connection. This forces QuickBooks to download all currently available transactions immediately.
