How to edit a CSV file for export to superfund

Hi Hhh01,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

You can run a Super Contributions Report and download it for specific superannuation clearing houses.

 

  1. Go to the Employees or Payroll tab.
  2. Select Reports and click on Super Contributions Report.
  3. Set the Date range and then click on Run report.
  4. Then select Download and then click on the clearing house export of your choice and the results will be downloaded as a CSV file.

 

Please note that the system does not have a direct integration with any of the clearing houses and can only supply a CSV export. The payment and management of those funds through the above clearing houses is the responsibility of the payroll administrator.

Thankyou,

I know how to do the file, but it is missing information- I want to be able to add Company ID and file just comes back with error as this information is missing from it and I cant find where to go to be able to add it in.

Thanks for your response, Hhh01. 

 

If you're using HostPlus / QuickSuper you may need to add the employer ID that HostPlus provide into the External ID field at the bottom of the Business' Details page (go to the Payroll Settings tab and select Details).
