I am a little behind on posting the transactions hence only noticing now.
Hi there, Ezza. You can manually upload your older transactions by downloading a CSV file from your bank.
To start, navigate to All apps, click Accounting, and select Bank transactions. From the Link account dropdown, choose Upload from file, or select Upload transactions if your bank isn't connected yet. Drag and drop your file into the window and hit Continue.
Next, use the Select account dropdown to choose the appropriate account, or select + Add new if you need to create one. Match the columns in your file to the correct QuickBooks fields and click Continue. Select the specific transactions you wish to import, then click Continue, Yes, and Done to finish the process.
Finally, check your Chart of Accounts to ensure there are no duplicates and categorize your transactions.
