Welcome to QuickBooks Online, thomas.

I see you're having trouble getting all of your transactions to appear after connecting it to your QuickBooks Online account. I'm here to assist you and ensure you receive all bank transactions.

But, before we proceed, can you tell me the name of the bank you linked to QuickBooks? Are you also receiving any error messages? This will enable us to investigate any reported issues and provide you with the relevant information as well as specific troubleshooting steps to resolve them.

In the meantime, if your transactions are not updating, you can follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

  • Step 1: Check that your bank's connection status is green
  • Step 2: Check that your bank still supports your connection
  • Step 3: Refresh your feed
  • Step 4: Check your bank account or credit cards' website
  • Step 5: Update your bank info in QuickBooks

Here's an article for the detailed steps: Troubleshoot unknown bank and transaction errors.

You can also visit this link to see the status of each bank connection. It provides up-to-date information about open bank connection issues that we're currently investigating.

I'm adding this resource as a future reference in categorising your bank transactions: Find and categorise transactions in QuickBooks.

Let me know if you still need assistance or have other banking concerns. I'll be glad to help. Take care!

You can use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
