A warm welcome to the Community, sherioz.

Updating the bank's password in QuickBooks Online will not download the transactions again in the for review tab. Unless you disconnected the account and reconnected it using the new bank's password.

If so, the reconnecting process downloads the latest transaction in QuickBooks Online. To avoid this, you'll need to select the Edit sign-in info instead of reconnecting it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. Find the bank you need to update.
  3. Click the pencil icon and tap on Edit Sign-in info.
  4. Enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.
  5. Select Save and connect. QuickBooks Online will try to connect with your bank to verify your information.
  6. Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!

In case you need help with removing the banking entries, you can exclude them by following the steps in this article: Remove duplicate transactions or personal expenses from bank feeds. This will provide you a brief video for your visual reference.

If there's anything else I can help you with, please let me know. I'd be more than willing to lend you a hand. Have a good one.
