This issue came about because there has been a change in Greater Bank website layout with added encryption.
Our engineers are aware of this change and working on a solution to accommodate the new layout.
The investigation is still ongoing and the engineers continue to work with Greater Bank on a solution.
In the mean while I would suggest using the manual upload feature using a CSV file to upload your bank transactions.
I know this is extremely inconvenient and we apologise for the frustrations that this has caused.
