May I know the name of the bank account where you have some missing transactions? And do you have any error message when going to the Bank transactions tab?
Let's try to do a manual refresh to get your bank transactions. This can be done by going to the Transactions tab, select Bank transactions and then select Refresh.
Once done, you can also try to edit your bank sign-in info. Please note that this is option is available for bank accounts connected via standard feeds. Here's how:
