Is Reorder bank accounts - not working?

Clicked on pencil icon on list of bank accounts on dashboard - nothing, blank screen.  In Banking I can click on the arrow to the right of the account cards and I get the accounts list and click 'reorder accounts', but then cannot drag and drop.  What am I doing wrong?

There are times that your browser tends to hold information that causes QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act strange. You can log in to your QBO account using a private window to rule out any cache-related issues. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
 
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process and for the webpage to be responsive. 

 

Otherwise, you'll want to update your browser to keep the latest features and updates. 

 

On the other hand, there's an ongoing issue about not being able to drag and drop accounts. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our support team to include you on the affected list of users. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select Contact us.
