Macquarie Bank Feeds stopped updating

So to all of us experiencing this issue (CJ_Aus, to mention one), it looks like QBO decided to archive the previous feed which contained important information about this issue. I can only think that QBO is censuring us over this issue. Furthermore, only through the archived thread I learnt that the issue was resolved, despite numerous emails to QBO Care and their promises that the issue was being "escalated" I haven't heard from QBO Care that the issue has been resolve. Just simply appalling customer support from start to finish.

 

For the record, this was the sixth occurrence of the scraper issue since January 2019 and this occurrence took the longest to resolve, 10 days by my count.

We have an automatic filter for when community members share personal information or data that could be perceived as personal which in this case was the list of case IDs shared by a user. This is to protect the privacy and security of members.

 

In terms of bank feed with Macquarie Bank, I am keen to look into it for you. Do you mind sending me a DM and let me know the email address you used to log into QuickBooks, please?
