My bank account link stopped working, I tried linking and it won’t. The message states I don’t have the right type of account.Nothing has changed with my accounts

If your bank links when using the private window, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot. 

Please note that with the standard banking feeds in QBSE, your accounts should link seamlessly. Receiving an error message about the account type despite no changes on your end could be due to a temporary disruption with your bank or changes in connectivity protocols. Since you've already tried re-adding the accounts without success, I recommend contacting our live support team for assistance in resolving these connectivity issues.

While waiting to link your bank account to QBO, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks to ensure your accounting remains up to date.
