My Standard Bank Feed Ceased on March !st. I have followed all advice spending hours trying to rectify the problem?

I have checked that the sign in fo is correct,which it is & I have also contacted the Bendigo Bank. No answers there?

I hear you, Lairg. I understand how valuable your time is, especially when you've already spent hours to resolve this. I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support team. Our team can check on your account to investigate this unusual behavior.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) button.
  2. Then select the Search tab. Type in Contact Us in the search bar.
  3. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click either Callback or Chat to speak with a live representative.

 

In the meantime, I suggest manually uploading your missing bank transactions into your QBO account.
