I think the Netbank security has caused the issues but it just wont connect. I thought unlinking the account and relinking would help now its deleted everything even the categorised items.

When you unlink a bank account, the connection to previous transactions is severed, and previously categorized data may be lost. To recover those transactions, you can download your transaction history as a CSV file from your Commonwealth Bank account and then import this data back into QuickBooks.
