To help me narrow this down, could you let me know which bank you are using? Also, when you say "bank link update," do you mean you reconnected the account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), or did the bank’s website URL change? Knowing this helps me give you the right solution.
In the meantime, let's force the sync by refreshing your browser, as browser cache can often freeze the data feed. Then, log out and sign back in to your QBO account, and go to All Apps > Accounting > Bank transactions and click the Update button. If you are using the new interface and it isn't responding, try switching to Classic View before clicking Update to see if the transactions appear on this page.
If the issue persists, I recommend following SIAB's suggestion to open your QBO account in a private browser or incognito mode and refresh your banking feed page to see if the transactions are already syncing.
Also, since QBO can only download what your bank allows, I recommend checking your bank's website to see if they're performing any maintenance that might be causing transactions not to be downloaded into QBO.
As a temporary workaround, you can manually upload your transactions to keep your books current. Just remember to review and exclude any duplicates once the automatic feed starts working again.
