You will get that error or prompt "The account number is already enrolled in direct feeds" if the system detects the account was previously connected to direct feeds. We can request for an account clean up for the affected bank account. I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the correct tools and can escalate the ticket to our engineers.
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

Thanks for joining the thread. The above works for ANZ accounts re-enrolled into QuickBooks Online.
Are you re-enrolling a ANZ credit card type account? If so, kindly make sure to enter the Credit card account number from your bank statement and not use the card number from the physical card. That way, you can successfully activate your ANZ direct feeds.
If you have entered the physical card number, you will have to disconnect the current enrollment and re-enroll them with the correct credit card bank account number based from your bank statement.
Furthermore, make sure the authorisation in the ANZ banking website is active and you have entered the complete QuickBooks Company ID in the Manage accounts section with no spaces and special character on them.
