Unable to connect to our bank for days now

Let's sort this out by looking into the possible reasons why you're unable to connect you bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In the meantime, we can try manually updating your bank account to refresh its connection with QBO.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
