Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement

SOLVEDby QuickBooks4Updated 1 week ago

Learn how to get more details about Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account.

If you don’t recognise an Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here's how to check where it came from and why.

Note: If you use online banking with QuickBooks, your bank might charge you a service fee for allowing the connection. This charge isn't from Intuit.

Option 1: Look up a charge here

You can use this tool to look up a charge for any of these products:

  • QuickBooks Online
  • QuickBooks Online Accountant
  • QuickBooks Self-Employed
  • QuickBooks Online Payroll
  • QuickBooks Time

Note: This form shows charges on or after May 27, 2020. For charges before that date, use option 2.

Note: If a charge can't be found using the charge look-up tool, see Mailchimp's terms of service for details on Mailchimp payments.

Option 2: Look up a charge in your billing history

Select the product you want to look up a charge for.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Settings ⚙️, then Subscriptions and billing.
You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

Alternatively, when logged into QuickBooks, you can:

  1. Select the Profile icon next to Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Manage your Intuit account
  3. Select Products & Billing
  4. Select the company name to show more details, like the subscription price of each company.
  5. Select View payment history to see full payment history for the active subscription.

You can also access this section by visiting accounts.intuit.com and logging in with your username.

This will show all active subscriptions linked to your email address/username you are currently logged into.
