I connected a Westpac Direct Feed over 48 hours ago and it is still pending.

In order to ensure the Westpac Direct Feed is connected correctly please check the following:
1. Please review this article to check all connection steps are completed correctly.
2. Is the Westpac account under Personal banking or Business banking? Please ensure the correct URL is selected in the Banking tab.
3. When navigating to Services and Preferences > Services and Preferences > Bank feeds in your Online Banking Portal please ensure that the full Company ID is entered with no missing digits.
4. Was there a Standard Feed connected for the same account that has since been deleted? We recommend using the 'get a better connection' link to upgrade rather than adding a new account.
If all of these are correct please obtain a screenshot of of the Westpac direct feed activation showing the full company ID and contact the Support Team for further investigation.
