I appreciate your time in reaching out to us about connecting your Macquarie account to QBO, info-lemonmering. I'd like to join you here and offer my help with your question about online banking.
Macquarie business accounts are already supported for Direct Feeds in QuickBooks Online. This method allows you to automatically download and categorize your banking transactions.
You can find a comprehensive list of all financial institutions supported for Direct Feeds in this article: The QuickBooks Online Bank Connection Status Page.
Please note that while Macquarie business accounts are generally supported for Direct Bank Feeds, there are some exceptions at the moment. Foreign currency and accounts with numbers starting with '00' are not included in the supported types at the moment. For now, we don't have a specific timeline for when these accounts will be supported.
If your account falls into one of the currently unsupported categories for Direct Feeds, you can use a workaround. You can still connect it to QBO using the Standard bank connection method instead.
Follow the steps in the Connect via a standard bank connection section of this article on how to do it: Connect And Manage Your Bank Account In QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can also manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reply if you have any other follow-up questions as you get your bank accounts connected, info-lemonmering. I'm here to ensure you have the support needed to smoothly manage your banking and accounting within the QuickBooks Online platform.
You can use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
