Why are new bank feed authority forms needed when they were already in place?

Direct bank feeds have been in place since 2018 but now the feeds have been cut off and the client has to sign new forms. No changes were made to the bank account.

Thanks for posting in the Community! May I know what bank where the bank feeds have been cut off and needs to sign for a new form? For direct feed connection, you will only need to submit a new form if there's a change on your bank's account number or BSB. However, if there's no changes made and no transactions downloaded from your bank, you may need to contact our Support Team to check your account in a secure environment and to investigate further.

The bank is NAB and there have been no changes to the account BSB or number.
