Which bank are you working on? Are there any error messages? It could be the bank account connection is stuck behind the scene. If the bank account is connected through a Standard feeds connection, let's do a manual update and edit sign-in information to isolate the situation.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so that they can check the status of the bank account connected.
