I'm going to try help you out with this enquiry.
BEAM can send back any super payments that you have made due to one of many reasons.
Sometimes it could be that one of the employee's super funds could not be located or does not exist.
Other times, it is that you have either over or underpaid the super batch amount which then does not reconcile in the clearinghouse causing an error.
Whatever the case may be, there should have been someone who has reached out to you to let you know exactly why the super payment was returned.
