Hello! @dndsaconstruction. Thanks for reaching out.
The duplication and the quotes happens when the bank details are entered in two separate places within your custom form style, once in the dedicated Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) field and again in the general Footer text box, which QBO often renders with quote marks.
Here are the steps to correct your template:
1. To begin, select the Gear Icon
2. Next, under the Your Company column, choose Custom form styles.
3. Then, find the invoice template you are currently using for your invoices and select the Edit action to open the customization screen.
4. Once you are in the customization screen, select the Content tab.
5. Now, click directly on the bottom section of the invoice preview to open the footer text editor.
6. You will see a text box for the Add footer text this is where you will find the duplicated text that is also appearing in quotes.
7. Therefore, you must delete the bank account details from this specific text box.
Thereafter, verify the design area and enter your bank details correctly.
Here's how:
1. After deleting, switch over to the Design tab.
2. Scroll down to the section or button that says Add your EFT details and click on it.
3. Ensure your bank details are correctly entered here, as this is the single, clean source for the information to appear on the invoice without quotes.
Finally, after verifying the details in both sections, select Done to save your updated invoice style.
