You asked Hello, Im having troubles adding my Stgeorge bank account. It is asking for an issue number which bank doesnt have and suggested to ask you.

Hi there, @darina500. Let me share with you the steps on how to connect your St. George bank account to QuickBooks.

For some banks, you'll need to authorize QuickBooks with your bank in setting up direct bank feeds. This may take a few business days to connect.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting. Or select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  4. Search for your bank, then select Get direct bank feeds.
  5. Read the steps on connecting the bank feeds, then select Get direct feeds.
  6. Enter your account details. It's important that these fields match what the bank has on file for you.
  7. Select the bank account you want to connect to, then select Connect. An authorization form is created.
  8. Select Preview form.
  9. Print the form and hand-sign it. If there are two signatories, both signatories will need to sign the form. If there are more than two, then all signatories need to sign the form.
  10. Email the form to:

               Email: intuitforms@siss.com.au

               Subject: QuickBooks Bank Feed Request

          Or post it to:

Mail: SISS Data Services Pty Ltd
               Locked Bag 3060
               Crows Nest, NSW, 1585
