The find/match or add feature has disappeared from one of our bank accounts

Hi samantha12-

 

If you're able, try the steps listed below and if you're still not seeing the option to find/match/add I would recommend giving us a call for further troubleshooting and so that our agents will be able to screen share with you to determine the root cause.

  1. Clear your cookies and cache
    • The process can vary, but you can refer to instructions found here broken down by browser. 
  2. Log Out/Log In > Attempt to find/match/add
  3. Try updating your bank feeds by selecting Update button on the Banking tab

If after these steps you are finding that the find/match/add is still not appearing, reach out to our support team to take a deeper look at your account to provide a solution.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

Alternatively you can call our team directly at 1 800 046 038.
