"View Invoice" button not working using Chrome on Sony Xperia XZ Premium

A client has said that after they have clicked the invoice link in their email, and it opens in their mobile browser, clicking the "View Invoice" button does nothing at all. Has anyone else had this problem?

And can you clarify the issue? The link works to view the invoice in the email on the mobile device, but not when you view it when you are logged into QuickBooks Online? 

 

Please confirm and we can continue troubleshooting.
