If the application is supported and can be integrated into QuickBooks Online the data should sync from the app to QBO automatically. When checking the Intuit App Center it appears that invoice2go is not yet listed as a supported app. I'd recommend contacting directly the support team of invoice2go to get more details on how you can connect and import all details to QuickBooks Online.
