There are still quite a few people who need to record retroactive payments for the JobKeeper process - if you check the bottom section of this article, there has been an update from the ATO to extend the deadline for recording this until May 8th. You can find updated instructions on the process for recording adjustments for existing pay runs here, or you're welcome to reach out to our support team for further instructions if you have any other questions. - Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.
- Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
