- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).

Once signed in, go to the Taxes menu to mark the BAS as lodge. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. This is to refresh the browser so QuickBooks will perform to its best.
However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
In addition, you can pull up the BAS Summary report from the Reports menu or in the GST tab then view History. You'll be able to view the complete list of your filed BAS that's recorded in your QuickBooks account.
