Thank you for posting here on the Community page, Robert. It seems that you have recently lodged your IAS within QuickBooks. This means you still have payments to record, which is why the IAS is not yet showing under the History tab.
To see it in history and access IAS reports, you will need to record your payment first. Follow these steps from the GST window:
Once the payment has been recorded, you will be able to see it within your history. From there, you can run the payment to access your IAS report.
