Hi, would like to ask question. I just manually update the bank transaction in Quickbook using csv files. When I recategorize my transactions, as an example I change to "Bank Charges", I choose "Out Of Scope(0%) for GST part, Quickbook said "An unexpected error occurred while accepting your download transaction". I try to change the GST code to others (I pick randomly 0% rate), Quickbook just save afterwards. It don't show the error anymore. But from my understanding, we need to use "Out Of Scope" for payroll, bank charges, and others expenses group which is not GST-associated/related. Your help to explain/solve this problem is much appreciated. Thank you.
Hi there, @Aina123.
I can help fix the issue you're having when importing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We haven't received any reports regarding the error message you're getting. To check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies) causing this unusual response, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito).
Here's how:
Once logged in, try to categorise the imported bank transactions again to double-check. If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
